Qredo has developed an enterprise-grade platform founded on our open custody protocol, catering to the needs of professional trading organizations, service providers seeking wallet infrastructure, and a growing partner program for asset servicing partners within our network. With a range of developer products in our pipeline, our focus is on delivering an outstanding developer experience.

We are looking for a candidate who can effectively manage the platform's developer experience, including our technical documentation and guides.

In this role, you will lead a team of two technical content writers and collaborate across various functions to deliver the best possible API experience, SDKs, sample code, and developer content.

Your responsibilities may also involve representing Qredo at developer conferences, presenting the protocol and its core concepts, and promoting our developer platform to the wider community.

Responsibilities

Act as a self-starter developer advocate, promoting our products and services within the developer community.
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain our developer documentation, sample codebase, and SDKs.
Ensure the success of Qredo early developer products, API, signing agent, and qSign through seamless integration and user experience.
Utilize your API product experience to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product development.
Create and maintain sample code, demos, and documentation to assist developers in understanding and using our products and services.
Serve as the first line of defense in our community channels, offering technical support and guidance to developers.
Design and monitor the implementation of top-class development ergonomics (build systems, test environments, etc.).
Collaborate closely with our content and developer teams to create and maintain developer sites, tutorials, and other educational resources.
Work closely with the core platform squad in developing the core API and its SDKs.
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, partners, and customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of experience in software development, with demonstrable experience in a developer-facing role.
Strong knowledge of API design and development, ideally with direct experience with enterprise SaaS products.
Desirable: Prior experience with blockchain technologies and protocols.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Go.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience and proven experience in creating technical content (e.g., blog posts).
Good understanding of the open-source software development process and management of open-source repositories.
Experience with community management and developer support is a plus.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
