Job Description

  • Directly communicate with providers and oversee the entire event cycle with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Develop detailed schedules and adapt to unforeseen events impacting the budget.

  • Scout and evaluate venues, considering aesthetics and functionality.

  • Manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.

  • Coordinate multiple teams, ensuring smooth event execution.

  • Leverage connections to establish new partnerships and co-host events.

  • Pitch events for sponsorships, maximizing value and reach.

  • Create and manage event pages and handle guest inquiries with a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.

  • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience managing budgets and adapting to financial changes.

  • Ability to work with various teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of Web3 and cybersecurity preferred, but not required.

  • Skilled in creating digital content and managing event promotion.

  • Capable of handling guest relations professionally and tactfully.

  • Network of connections for partnership and co-hosting opportunities.
