Summary:
As a Dev Ecosystem Ambassador to join our Marketing team you are expected to create content and continuously interact with different types of stakeholders to drive brand awareness and content engagement within the Ethereum international community.
This position is fully remote and will require partial overlap with business hours at Latitude.sh's HQ. Your onboarding will be on-site and you should expect to travel to HQ at least twice a year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive our brand presence on digital platforms, interact with the respective community and create engaging and relevant content that reflects our identity and current brand positioning;
- Create visual and written content that is engaging, original and relevant to each platform;
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions on social media proactively and with appropriate tone;
- Analyze and report on the content performance data to drive continuous improvement;
- Write, Review and Edit blog posts and video scripts for content tailored to the needs and challenges the main community stakeholders want to resolve;
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in Ethereum, documenting insights and periodically informing internal stakeholders about your findings;
- Collaborate with the team to come up with innovative and creative ideas for new campaigns and content;
- Support the Marketing team in identifying potential new ICPs, building the Buyer Personas as well as their inherent buyer journeys.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
- Practical knowledge of the Ethereum Blockchain, Web3 and Crypto;
- Experience with Solana is a huge plus;
- Advanced English is mandatory and will be tested thoroughly during the selective process;
- 3+ years of professional experience in tech companies or equivalent autonomous work;
- Hands-on experience creating written content in digital channels such as Reddit, Discord, Twitter is desired;
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams located in different time zones.
