Key Responsabilities

• Assist the team in all the purchasing processes, from the beginning to the end.
• Participate in negotiations with vendors for supplies to get better prices, terms, discounts, and confers with vendors to ensure prompt delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain and enhance the current operations and processes.
• Update the purchasing processes on the system to keep all the involved departments informed.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain and improve the current operations and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previously experience in the Procurement and/or Foreign Trade department,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Strong computer skills (spreadsheets, docs, and presentations)
• Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills, being able to leverage a strong connection with multiple areas/functions;
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks;
• Resilience to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment that sometimes requires short deadlines.
• General administrative organization (including managing files on Drive and monitoring Jira).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with a focus in foreign trade), Economics, and other related areas.
• Previously professional experience in IT Companies
