About the role

We are looking for a part-time (16 - 24 hrs a week) Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting skills in a flexible, part-time capacity within the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Perform bookkeeping tasks including recording daily transactions.
    • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
    • Conduct bank reconciliations.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
    • Support in the management of cash flow and liquidity.
    • Assist with tax filings and compliance.
    • Provide support during internal and external audits.
    • Communicate with external partners such as banks, auditors, and accountants.
    • Collaborate with the Group Accounting Team on various finance projects.

Requirements

    • Some experience or internship in accounting or finance.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
    • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication skills and fluent in English.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
