M0 is seeking a Business Operations Associate who will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our organization. Reporting to the Head of Onchain Integrations and the CBO, you will be responsible for ensuring partner success, maintaining operations and CRM for the Business organization, and working to construct commercial agreements and pipeline documentation. The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, DeFi, and multichain landscape.

• Support the Business Organization in closing partner commitments

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive, iterate, and improve internal processes

• Provide ongoing support and value generation for signed partners

• Maintain pipeline and CRM

• 2+ years in Business Development, Customer Success, or Operations, preferably in the blockchain space

• Strong organizational abilities

• Experience in stablecoins a plus
