Intro

M0 is the shared infrastructure where businesses launch their own branded stablecoins and financial institutions power them. Built on a common standard, every stablecoin on M0 is interoperable and liquid from day one — giving businesses programmable control over how money moves in their ecosystems, and giving financial institutions the most advanced issuance stack in the industry.

M0 is seeking an On-Chain Partnerships Senior Manager who will play a fundamental role in shaping the future of our organization. As On-Chain Partnerships Senior Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and be responsible for growing the application developer side of the M0 network — identifying, closing, and expanding partnerships with crypto-native businesses that build stablecoins on M0. The ideal candidate will have deep fluency in the on-chain ecosystem, a strong track record closing deals in technical or infrastructure contexts, and the commercial judgment to prioritize partnerships by their impact on M0 network growth and stablecoin adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and close partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols and applications, structured product platforms, stablecoin neobanks, and agentic payment networks building stablecoins on M0.
  • Develop a coverage strategy across the on-chain ecosystem, prioritizing partners by expected contribution to M0 network growth and stablecoin distribution.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle: initial outreach, structuring, negotiation, and post-launch expansion.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop and refine M0's application developer go-to-market strategy, including positioning, outreach sequencing, and commercial terms.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline with clear qualification criteria and stage definitions.
  • Identify chain and protocol-level partnership opportunities that expand the availability and utility of stablecoins built on M0 across the on-chain ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with legal, product, and engineering to translate commercial commitments into executed agreements and live integrations.
  • Contribute to scalable BD processes, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and deal review cadences.
  • Support the growth of the commercial team by mentoring junior BD professionals and contributing to hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product roles at a crypto-native company or on-chain infrastructure firm.
  • Demonstrated track record closing commercial agreements in a technical or infrastructure context.
  • Established network across L1/L2 ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and crypto-native financial applications.
  • Familiarity with stablecoin infrastructure, including the competitive dynamics among issuers, infrastructure providers, and application developers.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills & Attributes

  • Commercial judgment: You identify which partnerships create durable distribution and adoption for stablecoins built on M0, and prioritize accordingly.
  • Clear communicator: You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical counterparts across a wide range of on-chain and institutional contexts.
  • Execution-focused: You move deals from initial contact to signed agreement without losing momentum, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in early-stage relationships.
  • Collaborative: You work closely with legal, product, and leadership to align commercial commitments with M0's capabilities and roadmap.
  • Curious and resourceful: You stay current on protocol-level developments, competitor activity, and emerging use cases that create new partnership opportunities.

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation (base salary with equity/token grant) commensurate with experience.

Benefits
