Mysten Labs is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead in the development of a number of digital product solutions and partnerships to enable payment experiences for applications in the Sui Blockchain ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in allowing retail users to interact with on-chain applications using their preferred currency (fiat), as well as experiences allowing holders of the SUI token to transact across on and off-chain web services.

The role will be within the Commerce & Consumer Product team which develops and maintains a number of first party applications for the Sui blockchain including Sui Wallet, Sui Name Service, SuiFrens and more. This team’s mandate is to enable user-friendly experiences and solutions supporting the expansion in the use of blockchain advancements, across the web. The team’s focus is on reducing the friction of using blockchain and developing best practice experience which act as both an enabler and example for other builders and teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing payment products and solutions across a number of in-house web applications

• Designing and implementing appropriate processes for managing fraud, risk and regulatory compliance for the implemented payment solutions

• Working closely with payment solution vendors and partners to meet their requirements and develop novel opportunities for on-and-off chain experiences

• Working with product, design and engineering teams to build solutions with a focus on compliant an user-friendly experiences

• Working closely with Legal to ensure all experiences are compliant and represent best practices for blockchain enabled applications

• Providing guidance to Sui ecosystem teams on their ambitions for payments and payments solutions

• Establishing documentation, guides and resources for Sui ecosystem partners enabling them to safely implement payments experiences in their products

What You'll Have:

• Extensive experience working with payment services providers across the globe to implement payments experiences with traditional currencies

• Extensive experience designing processes and working with regulatory requirements in key regions such as Canada, United States of America, Europe, Middle East, Korea, Vietnam & Indonesia. Other global experience is highly desirable

• Extensive experience working directly as a Product Manager, in a full cycle of product development with engineering teams from inception to launch and beyond

• Experience working with net new businesses and/or products focused on payments i.e. experience setting up new flows and processes with payment solution vendors

• Experience working on risk, fraud and compliance processes in a financial environment
