Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in exploring new Influencers resources and cooperation, creating campaigns to help user growth and operation,designing online and offline events to build up global branding.The successful candidate will play a role in influencer cooperation and user operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced in the crypto influencer system, know how to explore new influencer resources in industry and how to maintain the stable connection with key influencers. Use the resources to help the branding build and user growth at same time.
• Design user campaigns based on the product, responsible for the whole user lifecycle system, improve the usage of the product.
• Design and execute online or offline events to help the branding spread globally.
• Operations data analysis
• Team recruitment related support
• Other daily work to help team cooperate well

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a significant plus.
• At least 1 years of work experience in the crypto industry, with a solid understanding of influencer cooperation and user operation.
• Experience with campaign/event design and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
