The Role
Snowflake Bellevue (Onsite) is looking for an adaptable, proactive, and diligent Workplace Technician Planner.
You will be an extremely thorough self-starter who possesses outstanding customer service & organizational skills, and demonstrates diligence with attention to detail. You will be comfortable taking the initiative to drive results with minimal supervision, be solution-oriented, deal with ambiguity, rapid changes in priorities, and short deadlines. You must have the ability to coordinate with multiple cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
This role requires a combination of project management skills, facility management expertise, and an understanding of workplace dynamics. Having passion and in-depth knowledge of Property Management and FM Operations with a strong financial focus. This individual also has experience developing, implementing, and managing a number of scalable programs.
Reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager, you will perform a variety of office support functions and duties including;
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the delivery of FM and building services.
Conduct regular building inspections to identify any potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
Problem solving and adept at navigating options across various situations, requiring technical, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
Manage contractors and service providers and inspect work to ensure compliance with contracts, policies, codes and regulations.
Utilize the service ticketing system to manage work orders and PM schedules, and analyze ticket data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Respond to facilities service requests ensuring timely and quality service delivery to clients.
Report any issues of building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, UPS, generator, etc.) partnering with Landlord.
Ensures facility procedures adhere to local, state, and federal regulations (partnering with EHS).
Responsible for facilities operations and capital budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and team members to support project delivery.
Assist with onsite events, including setup and breakdown.
Support Move, Add, Change and events activities.
Assist Regional Workplace Manager with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of Facility/Workplace/Commercial Property Management experience
FMP or other facilities certification preferred
Extremely adaptable, self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Capability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, and vendor management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and demands
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to lift furniture, use ladders, and lift objects 50 lbs
Experience coordinating Seattle Area/Bellevue vendors

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $69,000 - $91,300.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
