A Web3 protocol is only as good as its memes. We're seeking a Growth Lead / Meme Lord to rescue us from cringe, elevate our meme game, and grow our community. If you're chronically online and a crypto lover who wants to tweet for a living, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Individual base pay depends on various factors, such as the complexity and responsibility of the role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

Responsibilities:

• Meme Creation: Act as our resident meme chief and create funny, edgy, engaging memes that highlight Space and Time.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.

• Social Media Management: Curate and schedule original content across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit, to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant and active community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, leading and participating in relevant online discussions.

• Monitoring Trends: Stay up-to-date with current events, crypto culture trends, and industry news to capitalize on timely meme creation opportunities and maintain relevance.

• Feedback Incorporation: Gather and analyze feedback from the community and internal stakeholders to iterate and improve effectiveness. This includes but not limited to brand outreach, content engagement, community engagement, etc.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying Space and Time’s values and ethos in all online interactions and content creation efforts.

• Performance Analysis: Track key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and sentiment to assess the impact of campaigns and make data-driven optimizations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge and experience in cryptocurrency

• Strong online presence and engagement

• Demonstrated ability to build a substantial following, either personally or for other protocols

• Strong communication skills (i.e. verbal, written)

• Proficient in English

Nice to Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media and/or content marketing. Tech industry experience preferred. Experience in crypto/blockchain industry strongly preferred

• Proven work experience in social media management. Full time, part time or internship experience acceptable. Web3 experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Passion for Web3 technology.
