About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Retail Marketing Channel Coordinator for the APAC region. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving engagement and growth through digital marketing channels. You will work with our agencies to manage our regional channels across Twitter, Telegram, and media platforms, ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative retail channel growth campaigns to drive engagement with our community.
Ensure timely delivery of our announcements on regional channels. Proactively manage deadlines and anticipate potential roadblocks, finding creative solutions to meet deliverables on time.
Take ownership of coordination between teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and impact.
Coordinate the scheduling and publishing of AMAs, articles, and other content across our channels, ensuring high-quality and timely output.
Leverage market trends and research to stay ahead of the curve.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across Retail, PMM, Partner Marketing, and Global to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
Provide administrative support to the retail marketing team.
What you'll bring:
4-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator in a Digital Marketing Role or similar position.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including copywriting and analytics.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with the desire to take initiative.
Flexibility in working across multiple time zones.
