We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Analytics Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies to provide meaningful insights that inform key business decisions. A successful candidate will be experienced in web analytics and capable of setting up our data layer, analyzing large data sets, developing visualization dashboards, and communicating marketing insights across the entire organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the data layer systems and infrastructure using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Cloud Platform (or similar tools).
  • Analyze large data sets using SQL and Big Query to identify trends, patterns, and insights across our databases and touchpoints: web (Google Analytics), email (Hubspot),  on-chain activity, and social media channels.
  • Create data visualization dashboards and reports using BI tools like Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Marketing, Dev Rel, Growth, and Executive teams to gather data and create reports.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve conversion rates for specific user journeys.
  • Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience building web analytics and marketing data layers using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Big Query
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to build visualization dashboards and reports
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curiosity and interest in web3 and blockchain technology
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques
  • Experience working with L1 on-chain data sets
  • Experience working with CSS components
