Zellic is hiring a Growth Lead. We’re looking for individuals with a deep Web3 network and experience fostering partnerships from scratch.

About us

Zellic (https://zellic.io/) is a security research firm with deep expertise in blockchain security. Among others, our clients include Mysten Labs, LayerZero, and StarkWare. We also have a dedicated zero-knowledge cryptography team, and work closely with projects like Scroll, Axiom, and Succinct Labs.
Before Zellic, we founded the #1 CTF (competitive hacking) team in the world. We’re also a founding member of the Security Alliance (SEAL) led by samczsun, an industry effort to raise the bar for blockchain security.

What we’re looking for

As an early member of our Growth team, you’ll define and drive Zellic’s business development and partnerships initiatives. We have ambitious revenue targets and market expansion goals, and you’ll play a critical part in our path to success.

What you’ll be doing

Act as a force multiplier, helping the Head of Growth execute the company’s priorities on a given day while working on medium-term initiatives
Have a finger on the pulse for industry developments in DeFi, and identify key decision makers in emerging and established protocols
Conduct market research to discover growth opportunities in new ecosystems and to position Zellic effectively
Expand and nurture our client portfolio and network of partners — VCs, angel investors, founders, L1/L2 foundations, market makers, accelerators, etc.
Independently—and with the support of the sales team—close high-value clients
Travel, from time to time, to key industry events and conferences

You live on CT, and follow the accounts that separate signal from noise
You do not think number go up is the most interesting thing about a protocol
You’re a clear thinker and a concise writer
You’re comfortable with ambiguity, and can balance competing priorities and stakeholders at the same time
You have a pre-existing network of founders, operators, and investors that takes you seriously
You can expertly navigate diverse social and professional environments — TradFi, degens, developers
